Determination Test (DT)

Neuro-Sensomotoric

Test your reaction speed with colors, directional arrows, and sounds across adaptive difficulty levels.

~10 minGamepad supported

Overview

The Determination Test (DT) measures your neuro-sensomotoric response speed across three simultaneous stimulus channels: visual color identification, auditory tone discrimination, and directional awareness. An adaptive level system (A through H) adjusts the difficulty in real-time based on your SPEEDACC score — rewarding consistent accuracy with higher point values while penalizing errors with level drops. Officially this is Schuhfried's Determination Test (DT) in the Vienna Test System.

Assessments

Tested in assessments at KLM.

Could show up in Schuhfried-based selections.

Airline mappings are based on public information and may change.

Example: react to whichever stimulus fires

Three channels run at once:

  • The center box flashes a color — press that color's key. You can set the keys yourself.
  • A beep sounds high or low — press ↑ or ↓.
  • A side arrow lights left or right — press ← or →, or use your pedals.

Respond to each as it appears.

Answer: press M
The box lit up green, and green is mapped to M. Answer quickly and correctly to climb the levels (A–H) — each level shortens the time limit and pays more points, while a wrong key or a miss drops you back down.

Game Phases

1

Identify

Watch the color box and press the correct key for each color.

2

Listen

Respond to high and low beeps with the mapped keys.

3

React

Press the correct direction key when arrows appear.

4

Level Up

Build streaks to increase your level and earn more points per response.

ENAC Symbol Counting

Two counting exercises, and every board gets interrupted twice by a grid of colour words. In Attention 2 you count one symbol among two others that look a lot like it. In Attention 3 you count the x signs, minus after a / and plus again after a +. Each grid stays open for 12 seconds. In Attention 2 you tick the words written in their own colour, and in Attention 3 the ones that aren't. The exam format is 10 boards of each, 90 seconds a board.

ENAC Sustained Attention

You see four characters in four places: NW, NE, SW and SE. Then each board shows four grids of characters, one in each place, and for each place you say whether its own character is in its grid. The grids are built from those same four characters, so only the one that belongs to the place counts. The exam format is 3 series of 5 boards, with 3 minutes for each series.

ENAC Dials Reading

ENAC Odd and Even

Starting from START, click every one, odd and even in turn, with the odd numbers in ascending order and the even ones in ascending order, each on its own. A wrong click sends you back to START. The exam format is 5 boards with 90 seconds each.

ENAC Shapes and Colours
