Aon (cut-e) Test Preparation
Prepare for the Aon (formerly cut-e) online assessment used by Ryanair, Delta, FTEJerez, Skyborne and many other airlines and academies. Covers the reasoning, spatial, multitasking and personality modules with a matched practice plan.
COMPASS Test Preparation
Prepare for the COMPASS pilot aptitude test used by Transavia, Brussels Airlines (via Skywings), Aegean, Etihad, EPST and several flight academies. Covers the cognitive, psychomotor and personality components with a matched practice plan.

Training at OSM Aviation Academy
OSM Aviation Academy delivers integrated ATPL training through its Airline Ready programme, taking selected cadets from no prior experience through theory, single-engine and multi-engine flying and into airline-oriented multi-crew preparation. It holds an exclusive agreement to train cadet first officers for Norwegian, maintains pathways linked to other Nordic carriers, and serves as the Norwegian training partner for the Dutch selection specialist EPST, with operations split across Norway, Sweden and a flying base in the United States.
Admission is competitive and screened through a selection process that assesses aptitude, motivation and suitability for a career on the flight deck. Because both the academy's entry assessment and later airline selection rely heavily on aptitude testing, candidates strengthen their chances by preparing in advance for pilot aptitude assessments, practising the reasoning, coordination and multitasking tasks that are central to these evaluations.
Where OSM Aviation Academy trains
Flight training takes place in Fort Lauderdale. Arendal and Västerås cover both theory and flight.
