Prepare for Volotea
2 courses prepare you for the Volotea selection process.

ADAPT Test Preparation
Prepare for the ADAPT pilot aptitude test from Symbiotics — the computer-based aptitude stage in CAE's cadet programmes for IndiGo, easyJet and Volotea, and in several academies' own admissions.
Aon (cut-e) Test Preparation

Volotea is a Spanish low-cost carrier with its registered head office in Asturias and major corporate offices in Barcelona, built around connecting small and mid-sized European cities directly rather than through major hubs. It operates an all-Airbus fleet of A319s and A320s from bases concentrated in France, Italy, Spain and Greece.
Flying for Volotea
Volotea recruits type-rated and experienced A320-family pilots directly for its seasonal and year-round bases, and has run cadet pathways with partner academies such as BAA Training that take low-hour pilots through type rating and line training to a First Officer position. Cadet intakes run periodically in step with the airline's growth.
Candidates face computer-based aptitude and psychometric testing alongside technical questionnaires, HR and technical interviews, and simulator evaluation for experienced entrants. As with most airline screenings, building fluency with aptitude and cognitive exercises ahead of time is time well spent.
Where Volotea is based
Volotea is headquartered in Barcelona, Spain.
