Prepare for Royal Air Maroc
No Royal Air Maroc course yet
Most operators screen with the same aptitude tests, so a general assessment course still covers the bulk of the selection.
Royal Air Maroc is the flag carrier of Morocco and a member of the Oneworld alliance, which it joined in 2020, operating from its hub at Casablanca Mohammed V International Airport. Its fleet is built around Boeing 737 narrowbodies and 787 Dreamliners, with Embraer regional jets, linking Africa with Europe, the Middle East and the Americas. Under a strategic agreement with the Moroccan state the airline is pursuing one of Africa's most ambitious expansion plans, aiming to grow towards roughly 200 aircraft by 2037.
Flying for Royal Air Maroc
Royal Air Maroc recruits experienced direct-entry pilots for its 737 and 787 fleets and has broadened its search internationally as the fleet grows towards 72 aircraft by the end of 2026. It also runs a sponsored cadet pathway for Moroccan nationals, trained through the airline's own selection and partner flight schools; campaigns are announced through official channels with short application windows, and cadet requirements include strong French and English alongside Arabic, a Class 1 medical and a solid science background.
Cadet selection is multi-stage, combining computer-based aptitude and psychometric testing with technical and language assessment, interviews and medical screening. Competition for each campaign is intense given the airline's profile and growth trajectory, so candidates who have practised aptitude and cognitive assessments beforehand arrive at the testing stages with a genuine advantage.
