Prepare for Quality Fly

Quality Fly runs its own battery at the admissions screening — Quality Fly entry examinations (English; Maths & Physics), with no commercial vendor behind it.

Entry testing is academic — an English paper and a maths and physics paper set by the school — followed by an interview with a current airline pilot; there is no commercial aptitude battery.

No Quality Fly-specific course yet

Quality Fly's selection uses Quality Fly entry examinations (English; Maths & Physics), which we do not train for specifically. The general aptitude course still covers the abilities it measures.

Quality Fly is a Spanish airline pilot academy based at Cuatro Vientos Airport in Madrid, operating as an EASA Approved Training Organisation under certificate E-ATO-197. Established in the mid-2010s, it has grown quickly into one of Spain's most visible independent flight schools, training an international student body for airline careers from its single, purpose-focused Madrid campus.

Training at Quality Fly

The academy's core offering is its integrated ATPL programme, taking students from zero experience to a frozen ATPL, alongside modular courses for those building qualifications in stages. A particular strength is its APS MCC, delivered in partnership with Global Training Aviation on a full-motion Level D full flight simulator, giving graduates airline-standard multi-crew training that goes beyond the fixed-base devices many schools use. Quality Fly does not run a dedicated airline cadet scheme, positioning itself instead on preparing employable graduates for open airline recruitment.

Entry begins with an admissions process that assesses candidates' English, mathematics and general suitability before a place is offered, alongside the EASA Class 1 medical every professional student needs. Just as importantly, because Quality Fly graduates apply to airlines on the open market rather than through a sponsored pipeline, they face the full breadth of computer-based aptitude and psychometric testing that carriers use in selection, and disciplined preparation for those assessments is what turns a completed licence into a first airline job.
