Prepare for Pegasus Airlines
Pegasus Airlines screens with SkyTest at the cadet/MPL selection at AYJET.
Cadet applicants sit the SkyTest psychometric and psychomotor battery at AYJET, the academy that delivers Pegasus's employment-guaranteed MPL programme, between the ITEP English exam and the FNPT-II simulator assessment. This covers the cadet route only; Pegasus does not publish what it uses for experienced direct-entry applicants.
No Pegasus Airlines-specific course yet
Pegasus Airlines' selection uses SkyTest, which we do not train for specifically. The general aptitude course still covers the abilities it measures.

Pegasus Airlines is Türkiye's leading low-cost carrier, based at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport on the Asian side of the city. It operates a young fleet centred on the Airbus A320neo and A321neo as it phases out its remaining Boeing 737-800s, flying a dense network across Türkiye, Europe, the Middle East and Central Asia, and remains outside the global alliances.
Flying for Pegasus Airlines
Pegasus recruits experienced direct-entry pilots for its Airbus fleet and runs an established cadet pilot pathway that takes low-hour candidates through selection and type-rating toward the right-hand seat, with intakes tracking the airline's rapid fleet growth. Both routes are managed through the airline's own recruitment process at Sabiha Gökçen.
Selection is built around CASE, the airline's proprietary computer-assisted screening — a long, break-free battery of modules testing spatial orientation, attention, memory, multi-tasking and psychomotor coordination — followed by interviews and simulator assessment, with a mandatory cooldown before any retest. A test this specific rewards preparation, and candidates who have drilled aptitude and cognitive exercises beforehand consistently fare better.
