Prepare for Norwegian

One course prepares you for the Norwegian selection process.

Candidate accounts consistently point to cut-e / Aon at Norwegian's online aptitude stage.

Norwegian publishes nothing about it, so treat it as the likely battery rather than a settled fact.

Norwegian does not publish the name of its test supplier; the cut-e association comes from candidate-side reporting.

Provider mappings are based on public information and may change. Last checked September 2026.

Norwegian is the leading low-cost carrier of the Nordics, headquartered at Fornebu outside Oslo and flying an all-Boeing 737 fleet of 737-800s and 737 MAX 8s across Europe. Restructured and returned to profitability after the pandemic, the group also owns the Norwegian regional carrier Widerøe and concentrates its network on its Scandinavian bases. It is not a member of a global alliance.

Flying for Norwegian

Norwegian's recruitment is focused on direct entry, with campaigns for both type-rated and non-type-rated Boeing 737 First Officers and captains announced periodically across its Nordic and European bases. The airline has not run a traditional ab-initio cadet scheme in recent years, so most newcomers arrive with a frozen ATPL or previous jet experience.

Selection combines computer-based aptitude and psychometric testing with competency-based interviews and a simulator assessment, screening for capacity, accuracy and crew cooperation under time pressure. Practising these cognitive test formats in advance remains one of the most reliable ways to stand out in a large applicant field.
