Prepare for NetJets Europe

One course prepares you for the NetJets Europe selection process.

Candidate accounts consistently point to cut-e / Aon at NetJets Europe's online assessment stage.

NetJets Europe publishes nothing about it, so treat it as the likely battery rather than a settled fact.

The online battery is the first stage; candidates who pass go on to an online interview, a group exercise, further interviews and a simulator assessment.

Provider mappings are based on public information and may change. Last checked September 2026.

NetJets is the world's largest business jet operator, and NetJets Europe is its European arm, headquartered outside Lisbon and flying a fleet of Embraer Phenom 300s, Cessna Citations and Bombardier Challengers and Globals on fractional-ownership and jet-card programmes across the continent. Owned by Berkshire Hathaway, it flies on demand rather than to a published schedule, so crews work a rostered pattern of trips assembled around customer bookings instead of a fixed route network.

Flying for NetJets Europe

This is not an entry-level employer, despite business aviation's reputation as a way in. NetJets Europe recruits First Officers holding an EASA CPL(A) with completed ATPL theory, a multi-engine instrument rating, around 1,500 hours total time and an unrestricted EU passport including the right to travel to the United States. Crews typically arrive from general aviation, smaller charter operators, the military or the airlines, and the attraction is a well-paid alternative to the airline track — corporate flying, varied destinations and a defined roster — rather than a first job after training.

Selection uses the cut-e (AON) online test battery, an aviation English assessment, interviews and a simulator assessment. Those cut-e batteries come from the same publisher behind a large share of European airline screening, so the reasoning, memory and multitasking formats are the ones candidates will meet again elsewhere — practising them pays across the whole European market rather than for this operator alone.
