Prepare for Egnatia Aviation
No Egnatia Aviation course yet
Most operators screen with the same aptitude tests, so a general assessment course still covers the bulk of the selection.
Egnatia Aviation is a leading EASA-approved flight training organisation based at Kavala International Airport in northern Greece, established in 2006. Benefiting from favourable Mediterranean flying conditions, it has trained thousands of cadets and operates one of Europe's larger Diamond aircraft fleets with modern glass-cockpit avionics, supported by an in-house maintenance department. It has built a strong reputation as an airline-focused, high-utilisation training academy.
Training at Egnatia Aviation
Egnatia's flagship integrated ATPL course is airline-tailored and developed with input from partner airlines, taking cadets from zero experience to EASA CPL/IR/ME with ATPL theory and multi-crew cooperation, ready for airline selection. It co-delivers the fully funded Aegean Airlines pilot scholarship programme alongside Global Aviation, giving cadets a defined route toward one of the region's major carriers.
Admission is based on a selection process assessing aptitude and suitability for professional flying, typically including aptitude testing, evaluation of maths and English ability, and interviews. Because graduates go on to airline assessments around the world, building strong aptitude-test skills early is a sensible investment for anyone applying.
