Prepare for Cebu Pacific

One course prepares you for the Cebu Pacific selection process.

Cebu Pacific screens with cut-e / Aon at the cadet selection (testing and selection day).

Airworks runs the screening tests; candidates who pass go on to a panel interview with Cebu Pacific staff.

Cebu Pacific is the largest low-cost carrier in the Philippines, headquartered in Pasay in Metro Manila with its main hub at Ninoy Aquino International Airport. It operates an Airbus fleet of A320-family and A330neo aircraft alongside ATR 72 turboprops, carrying more domestic passengers than any other Philippine airline across an extensive island network and regional international routes. The carrier is not a member of a global alliance.

Flying for Cebu Pacific

Cebu Pacific recruits experienced direct-entry pilots and runs its Cadet Pilot Program in partnership with Airworks Aviation Academy in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu — currently the only airline-run cadet pathway of its kind in the country. The roughly 96-week integrated course takes cadets to a Commercial Pilot Licence with instrument and multi-engine ratings plus a type rating on the A320 or ATR 72-600, with a defined employment path into the airline; Batch 5 began training in January 2026.

Cadet selection is competitive, with candidates screened through computer-based aptitude and psychometric testing, English proficiency checks, interviews and medical evaluation before a training place is offered. The testing stages reward speed, accuracy and multi-tasking under pressure, and applicants who have practised pilot aptitude assessments beforehand consistently give the strongest account of themselves.
