Prepare for Aviomar Flight Academy
One course covers the selection you sit at Aviomar Flight Academy.
Aviomar Flight Academy screens with cut-e / Aon at the online stage of the Ryanair Future Flyer Academy assessment.
Aviomar is Ryanair's Italian Future Flyer Academy partner and runs the assessment for that pathway; the cut-e stage is followed by an on-site day in Rome with maths and physics papers, a group exercise and an interview.

Aviomar Flight Academy is one of Italy's longest-established flight schools, founded in 1982 by Captain Riccardo Marano and headquartered at Rome Urbe Airport. It holds one of the country's oldest ATO certificates (ENAC/EASA IT.ATO.0003) and, after more than four decades training pilots for Italian and international carriers, opened a second, purpose-built campus at Parma Airport in 2025 to support its growing airline cadet output.
Training at Aviomar
Aviomar trains through integrated and modular ATPL routes across its Rome Urbe and Parma bases, supported by a fleet of over twenty Cessna, Piper and Diamond aircraft and a simulator inventory that includes Level D Airbus A320 full-flight simulators and Boeing 737 training devices, with a 737-8200 MAX simulator installed at Parma. It is the training partner behind the Ryanair Future Flyer Academy in Italy — the only Italian school on Ryanair's official partner list — under a programme launched in April 2024 to produce more than 400 pilots over four years, with cadets joining Ryanair as second officers; the 2,000-square-metre Parma campus was built as the programme's home, with capacity for over 150 cadets a year.
Future Flyer applicants are screened through psychometric and aptitude testing arranged by the academy before a final assessment with Ryanair itself, so the pathway is bookended by selection hurdles rather than ending at licence issue. Preparing seriously for computer-based pilot aptitude and airline assessments therefore matters at both ends of the journey — first to win a cadetship, and again to convert it into a Ryanair flight deck.
